ViralShelf is an influencer-driven commerce platform where content creators curate and promote physical products from independent brands, and customers can purchase those products. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the respective brand to the address you provide at checkout. ViralShelf facilitates the listing, order, and payment.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are displayed on the product pages and may be shown in your selected currency. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any amount charged will be refunded.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
