Who ships your order
ViralShelf is a curated platform that connects you with products from independent brands and sellers. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the respective brand or seller of each product. ViralShelf facilitates the order and payment, while the brand handles packing, dispatch, and delivery. If your order contains items from more than one brand, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Order processing
Once payment is confirmed, the order is passed to the brand, who typically processes and dispatches it within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where the brand provides them.
Delivery timelines
- Domestic (India):typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International:typically delivered within 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Delivery timelines are estimates set by each brand and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or public holidays.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The final shipping cost is shown before you confirm payment.
International orders, customs & duties
For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number (where the carrier provides one) so you can follow its progress.
Delays or issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@viralshelf.io with your order number. We will coordinate with the brand and carrier on your behalf to resolve it.
