Refund & Return Policy

At ViralShelf we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund. It applies to all orders placed through https://www.viralshelf.io. Products are sold and shipped by independent brands, so returns are processed in coordination with the brand that fulfilled your order — ViralShelfhelps facilitate the process end to end.

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. innerwear, beauty products that have been opened, perishable goods). Such items are clearly marked on the product page.

How to request a return

Email us at support@viralshelf.iowith your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request with the brand and share return instructions, including the return address, within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment methodwithin 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
For international card payments, refunds are made in the original currency charged; any difference due to exchange-rate fluctuation is determined by your card issuer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under the conditions above.
